This project seeks to extend some existing office space further into an existing warehouse and we were asked to provide an initial structural scheme that was affordable and of minimum disruption to the existing operations.

Listening to the clients ideas and aspirations we quickly developed tour ideas in sketchup to explain the concept graphically. 

 

The concept involves moving an existing stair and enclosing for head room requirements and fire regulations, floor strengthening and roof alterations to effectively double the size of the existing office space without detriment to the existing warehouse operations.
